Routific’s latest product news
October 17, 2026
When you promise a customer 2–3pm, you probably mean the delivery is done by 3pm. But if the driver can arrive at 2:50 for a 45-minute job, the route looks fine on screen and your customer is still waiting at 3:35.
Now you can choose how Routific treats your time windows:
For longer stops, like installs, setups, or large catering drops, finishing on time means you keep the promise you actually made. And if a stop is set to run past its window, Routific flags it as late, so you can fix it before the route goes out.
You’ll find the setting in your workspace’s optimization preferences, and in the route preferences right before you optimize. You can also set it through the API.
