Use webhooks to get real-time updates from Routific in your other systems

Most businesses use lots of different software systems to manage their operations: e-commerce storefronts, order management software, CRM systems, or their own dashboards.

Webhooks allow you to keep your other systems in sync with Routific automatically. Whereas an API requires your system to request information, webhooks push updates to you the moment something happens. For example, you might use webhooks to:

  • Print packing labels the moment a route is published
  • Mark orders as delivered in your own system the instant a driver completes a stop

Routific currently supports three events: route published, route ETAs updated, and order status updated.

You'll need a developer to set up the receiving endpoint. Read more about how webhooks work in Routific.
