Keeping track of drivers and jobs
Previously Jason Windows’ drivers would go out on the road and do their work without any way to monitor or measure their progress.
Routific allows Hamu and the team at Jason Windows to track drivers live, see their progress at each job thanks to the ability to upload multiple photos of the work being done, and send notes and relevant information back to the dispatcher for good record keeping.
“We want to maintain visibility at our company — what jobs are going out, what jobs have been delivered,” Hamu said. “Our customer service team can log into Routific and see the deliveries and all the updates live. It helps to keep the entire team informed and on the same page.”
Routific sends automated messages with regular ETA updates to Jason Windows’ customers so they know when to expect the driver to arrive.
“It was really easy to set up and it worked perfectly. Now, I don’t have to spend half my day responding to customers,” Hamu said. “With the time saved using Routific, my team and I are able to focus on important projects such as rolling out new safety initiatives and making sure our operations are more efficient.”
